Important Guidelines

Please read and follow the instructions carefully

  • Register for SALSI 2022 and proceed to apply. (Only registered candidates will be allowed to participate)
  • Last date for abstract submission for approval : December 30, 2021
  • The candidate will be notified on submission and approval.

 

  • For e-poster only: Use one power-point slide completely (landscape mode) to make your final poster. (Specifications: Font Style: Arial, Verdana and Calibri ; Font Size: For headings: 25 -35 & For Body Text: 12-16)
  • Mention ONLY your Name and Designation on the poster.
  • Presentations should be prepared as per the mentioned timings : 8 min for poster & 15 min for paper
  • For paper presentations only: There are no restrictions to number of slides but duration of presentation needs to be strictly followed.
  • Number of presenters allowed for poster and paper presentations: One
  • Submit a recording  of your presentation (poster /paper)  to salivasymposiumindia@gmail.com for evaluation.

Tips: How to record your presentation?

  1. You can use Screen record option in your powerpoint itself and record the slide presentation alongwith audio. Save as media file in your system.
  2. You can use Zoom for recording your session. Use screen sharing option to project your poster or powerpoint slides.

Tips: How to send your recording through email?

  1. Attach the recorded media file (mp4 format) in the email attachment.
  2. Write the email subject clearly mentioning: Poster or Paper alongwith the title of your presentation
  3. In the body of email, mention your Name , Registration Category and Payment Transaction ID
  4. If your recorded file is more than 25 MB share it as a Google Drive link. Remember to select the option " Anyone can view with this link" while sharing.
  • Further instructions will be provided through email after evaluation.

Winners of  Best Poster / Paper for separate categories -  UG/ Intern, PG , PhD, Faculty, Clinicians will be announced and awarded at  the Valedictory function on January 30, 2022 (Sunday)
